Around the world, people began building eco villages, experimenting with clean energy technologies, discovering and practicing solutions for farming and natural health, testing out new educational models, mining cryptocurrency and creating new models of commerce and trade. IT wizards took humanity by storm with rapidly advancing technologies that empowered humans to either be crazy super productive or get caught up in pokes, likes, loves, and swipes left and right. The Global Eco Village Network and the global Impact Hub network and many other international initiatives emerged. Festivals that celebrated art and sustainability. The transition town movement, the occupy movement, the zeitgeist movement, the thrift movement, Zaads, and so many other platforms for change and evolution.
Around this time, our co-founder decided to officially start and launch a new company called United Adventures, which focused on eco travel and designing team building retreats for companies in Jakarta.
